Suga Pop is a legendary street dancer and one of the original members of the Electric Boogaloos and Rock Steady Crew, two of the most influential groups in hip-hop dance history. A pioneer of popping and locking, he helped bring funk and street dance styles from California to the world stage.
Suga Pop has worked with some of the biggest artists in music, including Michael Jackson, James Brown, Janet Jackson, LL Cool J, The Beastie Boys, and Bruno Mars. His signature style — a fusion of funk, groove, and precision — has made him one of the most respected names in street dance culture.
With decades of experience as a performer, choreographer, and educator, Suga Pop continues to inspire dancers globally through workshops, performances, and mentorship. His movement embodies the essence of hip-hop’s roots: rhythm, originality, and soul.
